Compared to traditional open hot runners, the needle valve structure precisely controls the timing of gate opening and closing by driving the valve needle with a servo motor, completely solving the three major problems in PET material injection molding: eliminating gate marks: the valve needle seamlessly adheres to the surface of the mold cavity when it is closed, avoiding the formation of "water outlet" residue in the neck of the bottle preform and ensuring the sealing of the bottle mouth after blow molding; Filling balance optimization: Independently control the injection pressure of each cavity, eliminate insufficient filling or flash caused by differences in channel length, and maintain a product qualification rate of over 99.5%; Material loss reduction: No need for manual cutting of adhesive ports, reducing waste generation, and reducing unit costs by 15% -20%. Taking the 64 cavity needle valve mold of Qihong Mould as an example, its hot runner adopts German Hotset heating element, combined with PID intelligent temperature control system, temperature fluctuation is controlled within ± 1 ℃, effectively avoiding raw material burning in the hot runner. At the same time, through the design of spiral cooling water circuit, the temperature of the mold body is maintained at 40-55 ℃, significantly improving the stability of the injection molding machine template.
The cooling efficiency directly affects the injection molding cycle and product quality.
The 64 cavity mould achieves balanced distribution of cooling water and rapid heat exchange through the design of a central splitter plate and multi-stage cooling water channels. The spiral cavity cooling water channel enhances the cooling effect and shortens the injection molding cycle to less than 12 seconds; Special cooling for threaded joints: a graphite copper plate is embedded between the slider and the pushing plate to reduce the friction coefficient. At the same time, an independent cooling channel is used to strengthen the cooling of the threaded part, avoiding deformation caused by thermal stress; Intelligent temperature control integration: Adopting the American DUPONT P84NT2 polyimide insulation cap, the long-term use temperature can reach 380 ℃. Combined with high-pressure turbulent cooling water, the preform is quickly cooled below the Tg point (70-78 ℃), reducing crystallinity and improving blow molding transparency.
